ADETEF works with public sector experts willing to spend part of their career in international assistance. They come from a wide range of public careers of excellence, providing their expertise to partner administrations as statisticians, public accountants, tax experts, economists, budget and public management specialists, and economic development experts.
ADETEF helps build our partner countries’ institutions and economic and financial governance with its consultancy and audit missions, and assistance in the form of seminars, study trips, conferences and high-level meetings.

Complex project management

ADETEF and the economy and budget ministries have renowned expertise in the field, with a decade of experience in managing over 100 institutional twinning projects in the European Union and increasingly active participation in international donors’ bid-based projects (over 70 contracts currently under management).
ADETEF’s financial department manages and is the backbone for all international assistance by the economy and finance ministries’ directorates. It also offers its skills in twinning and contract management to other administrations.
