Training of Trainers
The module aims to train professional trainers who will then become key intermediaries in reform or adjustment processes in their administrations. The module that ADETEF has created provides trainees with the knowledge, know-how and interpersonal skills needed to carry out training.
Training of Trainers in Cambodia, 2008
The training of trainers module helps future trainers learn teaching techniques: educational basics, group activities, methods and exercises, assessment, etc. This training specifically designed for trainers is a necessary tool for increasing the impact of assistance activities. Organisation of a training session, adoption of rules, various adult teaching methods, techniques for testing and assessing knowledge and group management are key elements of this module, which can be fitted into three full days, for groups of 15 to 20 people.
