Training tools

The Training Unit is responsible for design and use of intelligible and effective training tools. A short session (1 or 2 days), within a bilateral framework, forms part of the continuing reform processes and is used to support change management process. Thus training sessions offer an opportunity for discussion – through case studies, exercises and debates – to identify problems and, if possible, help the trainees overcome them.
